Clemson
University is a member of the consortia of eight schools that
make up the University Center
of Greenville (UCG). The University maintains and staffs
a suite of offices at UCG. The consortium includes Clemson University,
Furman University, Lander University, the Medical University
of South Carolina, South Carolina State University, the University
of South Carolina, the University of South Carolina Spartanburg,

Programs |

Clemson
University offers a number of graduate degree programs at UCG
including the MBA, MPA (jointly with USC), MHA (jointly with
MUSC), MEd in Counseling, MEd in Administration and Supervision,
and MHRD. Clemson University also offers courses that can be
applied to the MS in Nursing. The MCSM and MSEE degrees are
available to Greenville students through distance education.
Additionally, Clemson University offers a BS in Nursing for
Registered Nurses. Most of the courses are taught in the evenings
and targeted towards working professionals who are unable to
attend traditional, daytime classes on the Clemson campus.

The
Telecampus/Distance Education office schedules the use of the
Clemson University and University Center of Greenville satellite
broadcast and videoconferencing studios. Courses at the University
Center of Greenville are scheduled through Mr. Jay Dugaw (864.656.2025,
864.250.8901, or jdugaw@clemson.edu).
Ms. Amy Reese (864.250.8888) can assist you with scheduling
equipment at the Center. The broadcast studios and classrooms
at the University Center are heavily used. Please submit your
requests as soon as possible. |

Computer Labs |

The
University Center of Greenville has several computer labs available
for instructional use with capacities ranging from 12 to 19
workstations. These labs are heavily used and must be scheduled.
Submit the request form as soon as possible to Mr. Jay Dugaw
(864.656.2025, 864.250.8901, or jdugaw@clemson.edu)
at the University Center to schedule time in the labs. Any additional
software must be submitted as least one month prior to the scheduled
session. |

University Center of Greenville is located at McAlister Square
on South Pleasantburg Drive. Driving directions are available

The University Center is located at the North end of the McAlister
Square mall. |

is free and next to the building in well-lighted surface lots.
Private security officers patrol the McAlister Square area.

There
are a limited number of vending machines available at UCG. Additional
food service is available in the McAlister Square Mall. |
